Referrals are not required for patients to access audiology services, however, Solo Audiology and Hearing encourage them as they support coordinated care and ensure we receive relevant clinical information.

Pensioners and eligible concession card holders may be seen through the Hearing Services Program (HSP), which provides subsidised hearing services and devices for those who meet program criteria.
