Topics included:

- Latest in hearing aid technology, and
- Support and funding options for hearing health.
The members were very engaged and had a lot of great questions at the end.
Dementia Action Week
🧠Dementia Action Week!
This week was Dementia Action Week, and we presented for the Osborne Seniors Club in Tuart Hill.
The topic was 👂 Hearing Essentials, and we dove into the 'hearing brain' and all of the emerging research about hearing loss and cognitive decline. We discussed what this link means, but also what it doesn't mean.
Hearing health is part of healthy ageing. If you've never had a hearing assessment before, what are you waiting for!
We had a very engaged group of around 30-40 participants who tuned in with a lot of interest and questions 💡 I enjoyed staying back to chat and answer personal hearing-related queries from the individual members.
We are passionate about being involved in our local community and sharing information about hearing health. Reach out if you'd like to chat!
Community Health Expo - Padbury
On Sunday 04/10/2026, Solo Audiology and Hearing attended the Community Health Expo in Padbury, where we were chatting to locals about family-owned, independent hearing care!
We brought our state-of-the-art video otoscope, so we could check the ear drum and ear canal health of our visitors. It was a popular and informative attraction and we were very happy to provide this service complimentary on the day.
We love staying active throughout the local community, spreading awareness of ear and hearing health with everyone who will lend us their ears 👂
